How do I request a disbursement?

  • Complete the transaction paperwork required by your provider.
  • Upload your paperwork in the Simplicity PlanScope360™ participant portal.

  • Simplicity PlanScope360™ will issue a certificate of approval for authorized transactions.

  • Your provider will distribute your funds with our approval.

How long does processing a distribution request take?

Allow 2-3 business days for Simplicity PlanScope360™ to process your request.

How will I know the transaction is approved?

Simplicity PlanScope360™ will email you a copy of the approval or a reason for denial.

When will my requested distribution be completed?

Simplicity PlanScope360™ is a Third Party Administrator (TPA) and does not hold your retirement plan funds.

Contact your plan provider to determine processing time for receipt or transfer of funds after TPA approval.
